Crockpot Pork Chops...After the Holidays Goodness

Happy New year Kids...
We have been enjoying some winter camping and hanging out with great friends and meeting new ones too. Camping at Thousand Trails Lake Conroe with our good friends Janice and Dave Evans along with new friends Janice and Rick Binns, Brenda and Dick Dunham, Kathi and Ron Denman and so many others I can't even name right now. It's always great meeting new friends and playing games like Cards and Fast Track. It don't get any better than that.
We have also joined one of the FMCA chapters there at TTLC and did our first rally there. We will be on the road in March for the rally down at the Colorado River TT campground. Maybe we can meet up there. That would be great... Be sure to look us up if you're going to be there.
Now that the Holidays are behind us we can turn our sights to springtime and CAMPING. Yay!!!
BUT in the meantime we still have a few more weeks of winter. SO for now we'll continue to create some wonderful meals that stick to your ribs to keep you warm inside and get you through those cold days.
Hey, if your on Facebook, check out my group and share some of your own ideas or recipes. There are some great tips, recipes and great information by my wonderful members. I think you will enjoy the threads and please leave your comments. Happy Cooking!
