Good Mornin’ RVers and Campers
The sun is shinning bright here in Conroe and I’m ready to throw something in the Crockpot and get outside to enjoy this wonderful springlike day. We are getting our coach road and camping ready for the summer. The fish are starting to bite and I’m ready to get out there and catch me some. I love springtime!
Let me see, I think something with Chicken today.
Crockpot Green Chili Chicken
2-3 chicken brest (cut into small pieces, fat removed)
1 large onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 small cans Rotel tomatos (or 1 large can)
2 small (or 1 large can) whole green chilis
2 pinches brown sugar
2 cups chicken broth
Add all ingredients to Crockpot and cook on HIGH 4 HRS or LOW 6-8 hrs.
Remove Chicken and shred with a fork
Return Chicken back to Crockpot to the remaining juices.
Serve on a warm tortilla or over a salad with sour cream and avocado
