Cockin 4th of July Tortellini Soup

Well boys and girls the holiday weekend is winding down. Hope everyone had a wonderful and safe 4th.
We made a trip down to Louisiana last weekend and bought a Jeep to pull behind our coach. Not the color I wanted but we could not pass up this great deal. The Jeep is silver trimmed in black and was completely set up to tow including the brake buddy.

So that gets us a little bit closer to full timing. It's a slow process selling everything out of the house but things are getting gone one item at a time. The living room echoes now(lol ) but a good echo. I take a few more pictures everyday and list them on several different sites.
Anyway, Let's cook something in our Crockpot...

Crockin' Tortellini Soup

Ingredients: 

1 bag of frozen tortellini

1 small bag of fresh spinach
2 cans of Italian style diced tomatoes
1 box or 4 cups or vegetable broth
1 block of cream cheese

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in Crockpot

Cube up the Cream Cheese so it will melt easier. 

Cook on low for 5-6 hrs.
