It's Friday and we're getting ready for the weekend. I have several recipes in mind but this one stands out for tonight's dinner. It doesn't get any easier or more delicious than this. I serve this over egg noodles but there is an option to serve it along side mashed potatoes. Either way it's yummy...

Crockpot Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
2 pounds cubed Stew Meat (Hamburger Meat can be substituted)
2 cans Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1 diced large onion
2-3 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C water
8 oz cream cheese
1 t Garlic Salt.
half clove of diced garlic
Directions
In the slow cooker stir in all the ingredients, except the meat and Cream Cheese.
Once combined add the meat and mix together.
Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 6 hours.
Cut up the cream cheese into cubes just before serving and turn crock pot on high.
Stir the cream cheese in until all combined.
Let set for 10 minutes.
Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
